Housing proposal for a young couple in Corbera de Llobregat, Barcelona.
Located in an isolated and very steep plot. The house is turned southwards and uses the steep terrain to bury half of its ground floor.
The basic criteria of the project are versatility, sustainability, innovation and resource efficiency.
The versatility is reflected in austere spaces, devoid of superfluous and interior walls with many distribution options. The sustainability of the proposal translates into its efficient positioning and geometry, from the façade skin to minimal consumption installations.
The non-traditional building systems provide the innovative character and resource efficiency.
